We are looking for a Sr Advisor, Performance Reporting Analytics to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the development, maintenance and communication of scorecard results used for improving performance of various Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS) functional areas. Supports the development and alignment of performance measurement tools, scorecards and dashboards across GDS.

What You Will Do:

• Work independently on complex reporting and analytics requests, bringing together multiple data sources and presenting the data as information in a clear and consumable dashboard or report.
• Provide end-to-end support for analytical projects including reports and dashboards from opportunity identification to execution, testing and support.
• Apply broad business and technical knowledge to resolve problems, lead initiative, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and use technology to improve timeliness and quality of results.
• Communications may be written or verbal and aimed at senior leaders in the organization. May involve technical and functional analysis or “making the case” for the expenditure of significant resources.
• Prioritize workload in ways that are aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop functional and technical documentation to support analytic and reporting activities.
• Mentor and share expertise with junior staff and assisting with onboarding of new staff.

Who You Are:

• Related university degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering and minimum of six (6) or more years of directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
• Experience working in performance measurement, reporting and/or analytics
• Excellent communication, issue/problem resolution, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Business Objects/Webi, PowerApps, Azure, Python.

Preferred:

• Experience with Operations, Customer Care and/or Engineering and Asset Management.
• Broad understanding of Gas Distribution & Storage data and systems.
• Exceptional computer skills including business intelligence skills coupled with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis
