As a Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer within the Advanced Development Technology department, you will be instrumental in shaping next-generation technology solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of advanced engineering projects to enhance memory and storage solutions.
- Resolve complex technical challenges by driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring flawless execution.
- Develop and optimize dry etch processes to improve efficiency, yield, and performance.
- Partner with global teams to foster innovation and achieve industry-leading results.
- Identify and implement strategies that maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in engineering roles, particularly in Dry Etch processes within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of advanced engineering principles and practices in memory and storage technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work culture.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Experience working within distributed and global teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for memory and storage solutions.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
