Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Brookfield's Travel and Expense program in Brazil, managing the relationship with the travel agency.
- Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers.
- Maintain and update travel policies, ensuring employee compliance and engagement.
- Manage the corporate credit card program and related payments.
- Provide support and training to employees on travel policies and best practices.
- Analyze travel data and reports, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate travel, expenses, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or related fields.
- Experience managing corporate travel programs and familiarity with travel systems, as: OBT CTM/Argo, SAP Concur Expense, CTA, CTAH, B2B Pay, Uber, or related;
- Strong negotiation, data analysis, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in English communication and advanced Microsoft Office and Google tools.
