Job Description
- Prepare and record customer billings.
- Review and record customer payments accurately and timely.
- Review and record all credit card transactions and accrued travel expenses.
- Prepare journal entries for intercompany transactions.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Receive, review, and approve vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and documentation.
- Coordinate and manage payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer transactions.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Analyze prepayment and accruals to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with external auditors during annual audit process.
- Other tasks as requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience required, required
- Bachelor's in accounting or finance required
- CPA track preferred
- Experience with US-GAAP & IFRS Accounting Standards.

- Experience with Netsuite preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel expertise, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
