What You'll Do:

As a Senior Account Strategist, you will be working with some of our largest clients within our Emerging DACH team to understand their business objectives and recommend strategies, mange relationship and optimize their campaigns. 

Besides building strong relationships with our clients, your success will be measured by ambitious revenue goals and your capacity to generate additional growth with deeper product penetration across Criteo’s solution. You will be joining a fast-paced  environment and your tasks will include but are not limited to: 

 

  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients with an understanding of their tactical and strategic priorities and how they align to Criteo solutions. Develop and build relationships at various levels  

  • Build strategies to upsell Criteo’s product offering to help them achieve their goals 

  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue, balancing long-term opportunities while ensuring we hit revenue targets 

  • Prioritize book of business to focus on most impactful opportunities 

  • Analyze a wide range of advertising campaign metrics a to ensure client goals are consistently achieved. Main KPI’s are related to retargeting, acquisition and retention tactics 

  • Work with internal campaign management and operations teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, goals are being met and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and effectively 

  • Lead and personalize client business reviews presentations, create optimization and media planning recommendations via virtual or in-person meetings 

  • Escalate key trends or challenges discovered or raised by clients 

 

Who You Are:

  • Solid knowledge and experience in the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise 

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success   

  • Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

  • Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients 

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment  

  • Strong organization, time management and project management skills 

  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams 

  • Business proficient in English spoken and written, German is a plus
