Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for a high volume of customer interactions, including prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and daily account management.
- Negotiate transactional rates with prospects and closed customers to win opportunities to grow our market share.
- Generate and qualify leads daily to determine compatibility with our services.
- Maintain accurate tracking and history of all shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and timely resolution of any issues.
- Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Manage customer expectations by employing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other account metrics.
- Drive service and revenue by coaching and developing new and existing team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Sales, negotiation, or communication experience preferred.
