Your Mission: Develop and strengthen partnerships in Glovo (Quick commerce and Food categories) with leading FMCG brands in Italy to drive mutual growth and success.

The Journey:

  • Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of FMCG brand accounts, constantly identifying new opportunities in the FMCG market.
  • Understand each account's specific needs and proactively create, pitch, and execute customized offers and strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the assigned brands, creating a robust pipeline and communication plans for key seasonal opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving media landscape to maximize shared opportunities between the brand and the agency.
  • Leverage data to optimize performance, designing high-impact activations for each brand.
  • Define and pursue a long-term strategy for your accounts, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines and promoting adoption of new assets.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to support the broader rollout of the partnership strategy across categories and countries.
  • Build strong relationships with the Category Management and Buyers team to capitalize on shared opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including agreements, billing, and invoicing, ensuring smooth campaign execution end-to-end.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 5+ years in account management or business development within FMCG, media agencies, or digital service companies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and navigate high-growth, complex business environments.
  • Partnership Track Record: Proven success in building profitable partnerships with brands, particularly in the FMCG sector (a plus).
  • Media Expertise: Solid understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Persuasive & Solutions-Oriented: Ability to sell value-added solutions to customers and partners in a compelling and collaborative manner.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, showing agility and resilience when navigating change.
  • Proactive Ownership: Strong bias for action, consistently driving projects to completion with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Empathy & Curiosity: A collaborative, empathetic, and curious attitude, eager to learn and engage across the business and industry.
