What you’ll achieve

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will oversee sales, support, and management of Dell Technologies solutions at locations throughout the Pacific Rim theater. These include but are not limited to, INDOPACOM, PACFLT, PACAF, and MARFORPAC. You will develop and maintain senior-level relationships with Military and Civilian employees. You will also develop relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and the Federal System Integrators (FSIs) in support of US Military programs.
You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements; customers include Army, Navy, USMC, and Air Force
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with both Military and Civilian employees
  • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services
  • Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in selling technology solutions to Federal Agencies (DOD or Navy Preferred)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Advanced knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $​266,050-$344,300 which includes base salary and commissions.
