Bowman Gray Stadium seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Sponsorship and Hospitality Assistant.
The Sponsorship and Hospitality Assistant will ensure vendors and sponsors arrive at the right location. Ensure fan prizes and sponsor prizes are distributed accordingly. Monitor guests and sponsors throughout the race events to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Act as a point of contact for sponsors, providing proactive communication and exceptional service.

Manage sponsor-related logistics for race events, including hospitality suites, signage, and branding.

Plan and execute sponsor-related events and activities.
-
Support onsite hospitality operations during race weekends, ensuring guests and sponsors receive VIP treatment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required skills/experience:

Professional demeanor and ability to represent the race track and sponsors with integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences in a dynamic environment.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing demands during peak event periods.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with the race schedule and event calendar.

Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to fulfilling assigned shifts and responsibilities according to the race schedule and event calendar.
