About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Specialist - PX to join our People Experience team, with a focus on managing US operations. This role serves as a Center of Excellence for US operations based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US benefits, compliance, onboarding, and operations, coupled with exceptional process and project management skills.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee end-to-end processes related to US employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, health insurance, time-off policies, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, benefits regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage the onboarding process for US employees to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop, implement, and refine processes and policies to improve operational efficiency for US operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the India and US teams to bridge operational and cultural gaps.
  • Maintain detailed records, reporting, and analytics for compliance and strategic decision-making.

 What You Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing US operations, with expertise in:
    • Employee benefits (including 401(k))
    • Compliance with US labor laws
    • Onboarding processes for US employees
    • Attendance and time-off management policies
  • Proven project management and process optimization experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and operational tools is a plus.

Location and Working Hours:

  • The role is based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours to align with our US-based team.
