Job Description

Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees. Collect, prepare, and analyze reports regarding a variety of employment‐related topics. Investigate employee‐related complaints, accidents, or other matters

  • Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports regarding employment, benefits, and labor‐related matters.
  • Investigate employee‐related complaints, accidents, or other matters.
  • Supervise and/or provide assistance and direction to employment staff.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detail‐oriented.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
