Job Description
Provides information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees. Collect, prepare, and analyze reports regarding a variety of employment-related topics. Enters employee data in a variety of areas. Assists with onboarding.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. One (1) year of human resources experience preferred. Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws. Workday experience a plus. Strong skills in MS Office applications. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
