So, what’s the role all about?
Serve as one of the top-performing and proficient engineers in designing and developing high-quality software that meets specified functional and non-functional requirements within the time and resource constraints given.
How will you make an impact?
- Be part of a cross-functional, distributed Scrum team that develops and supports the product.
- Design of software according to agreed standards, architecture and requirements
- Highly experienced with the Software Development Quality Processes.
- Implementation of software according to design
- Planning and performing testing to ensure fit to standards (e.g. security, scalability, etc.), design as well as functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop API, automation, and integration tests for cloud or enterprise scale products.
- Run manual tests and build automation test suites for regression and new features, checking data in application and databases, automating deployment and data generation.
- Maintain and expand automated testing framework and tests.
- Be involved in new features development, provide input on the correct behavior of the system, following and executing on team-specified “done” criteria.
- Supporting with customer integration testing
Have you got what it takes?
Degree in computer science or equivalent from a reputed institute
- Knowledge on Data structures, Algorithms and solid understanding of OOP.
- 8 -12 years of recent experience in .Net technologies.
- Expert mastery of the C#.net, ASP.NET, WebAPI and its ecosystem of tools and frameworks; proficient with dot net algorithms and data structures.
- Enhance test coverage by writing Unit test and Integration test using Nunit or xunit .Net libraries must have requirement.
- Proficient enough to debug performance issues.
- Create architectural designs.
- Worked in high performance, highly available and scalable systems.
- Experience in RDBMS database development with SQL Server.
- Knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can be incorporated into software design.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem.
- Substantial capabilities in the domain, analyses information and deduces conclusions within the professional space, starts to be seen as a professional by his team and peer community. Has high-attention to details and works well in a dynamic and stressful environment.
- Experience working in a modified Agile methodology development environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability, and passion to educate and mentor others in engineering best practices and patterns, team player.
