What you’ll achieve

As an Oracle Forms/Reports Developer, you'll design, develop, and support mission-critical applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You'll take ownership of projects, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs while working independently with a forward-thinking approach.

You will:

• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports (6i or 11g) applications with expertise in PL/SQL.

• Leverage your knowledge of PRO*C to enhance solutions where applicable.

• Debug complex technical issues across multiple system components with precision.

• Implement unit test automation using tools like jUNIT to ensure robust software delivery.

• Apply SOLID design principles and various design patterns to create scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Solve problems effectively and contribute to high-quality technical outcomes.

• Work within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative and collaborative results.

• Use version control systems like TFS, Bitbucket, or IBM’s CM Synergy, adhering to best practices in code management.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or Engineering.

• 6 - 9 years of relevant IT experience with strong technical expertise.

• Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale or mission-critical applications, ideally in the healthcare domain.

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with external (onsite) or internal clients.

Desirable Requirements

• Exposure to mobile platforms, including Android and iOS.

• Awareness of industry and technical advancements to stay updated.

• Ability to identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business
