Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Forms/Reports Developer who is technology-oriented, forward-thinking, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, both on technical and operational aspects.
Main Mission
The role involves:

Developing and supporting Oracle Forms/Reports projects.

Completing specific client work, projects, and miscellaneous tasks with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.

Analysing, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, re-engineering, and troubleshooting large-scale mission-critical applications.

Focusing on scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
You Will
-
Proficient in Oracle Forms/Reports (6i/11g) and PL/SQL.

Knowledge of PRO*C is a plus.
-
Strong debugging skills for complex technical issues.
-
Experience with Unit Test Automation (jUNIT).
-
Solid understanding of SOLID design principles and design patterns.

Effective problem-solving skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Proficient in English (Excellent command).

Ability to identify and evaluate technical/business solutions.
-
Stay updated on technical and industry trends.
-
Familiar with version control systems like TFS, Bitbucket, IBM CM Synergy, etc.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering.

6 - 9 years of IT experience with strong technical expertise.

Experience in large-scale/mission-critical application development, preferably in Healthcare.

Knowledge of mobile platforms (Android/iOS) is a plus.

Passionate about programming beyond work hours.
-
Skilled in collaborating with external/internal clients.
