Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports business by providing various administrative activities
• Manages discounts, prices, and special orders
• Handles complaint management and credit collection
• Supports customers on regulatory matters
• Is responsible for contract management
• Reporting management: sales, forecasts, rebates, etc.
• Supports internal and external audits
• Is responsible of reviewing and translating technical texts on graphic themes, in particular,  flexography

Education & Experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience working with Office, SAP BO and SALES FORCE
• Knowledge of the graphics market, particularly flexography
• French Mother tongue
• Fluent in English
• Spanish it's a plus
• Reporting skills
• Experience in auditing
