The Spec, Scheduling Rcvry is a customer focused, inside sales position within the Call Center Operations. This position will be work closely with the closing department to address any customers needs that arise during the closing process. Will engage with the customer on any loan needs and make modifications as needed to ensure the customer needs are met. The Scheduling Recovery (Rcvry) Specialist will provide high quality service to both internal and external customers by selecting the best options and taking ownership to resolve problems and meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with borrowers, at Final Approval and beyond, requesting to renegotiate the rate. Explain and communicate the terms and ensure that all of the required documents and disclosures are signed and returned in a timely manner.

  • Engage in licensed activities to review pricing options in conjunction with allowable tolerances and provide guidance on the risks and benefits of the different programs available to the client. Offer new rates when applicable.

  • Communicate via phone and email and build relationships with both internal and external customers.

  • Utilizes Freedom Mortgage training materials, reference tools and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to both external customers and internal business partners.

  • Update systems with appropriate rate and set tracking items.

  • Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process fto close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.

  • Respond to request within established Service Level Agreements and comply with requirements of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), preferred.

  • Zero (0) to one (1) years related work experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • NMLS and SAFE, required.

  • UST, preferred.

  • Must have 1 active license.

Work Complexity:

Problems and issues faced are generally routine, but often require interpretation of FFOC’s procedures or policies to resolve problems.
