About the Role: 
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates have passion, excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Spa receptionists proactively welcome guests and are knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing and scheduling.

What you will do:

  •  Complete Appointment setting and coordination thereof, and communicate guests' needs.

  • Utilize telephone and email according to Four Seasons service standards. 

  • Process sales of products and services..

  • Communicate to attendants the details of appointments including any updates/changes of tasks and bookings.  

  • Assist Attendants and Therapists when needed.  

  • Capture guests' feedback via the tools and resources provided.

What you bring: 

  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred 

  • One to two years’ experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred

  • Ability to multi-task on several tasks at once

  • Work authorization in the United States

  • Responsible Vendor Permit required

Schedule and Hours:

  • This is a full-time position. Candidates are expected to be able to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
