Role Description:
We have multiple projects for clients seeking immediate assistance with SOX 404 testing/implementation/compliance.
The ideal person will have either public accounting or a combination of public & industry (public company) internal audit experience at the senior or manager level.
Your Qualifications:
- 4+ years in public accounting OR 2+ years in public and 2+ in internal audit within a US public company OR PCAOB experience
- Heavy concentration SOX testing/compliance experience at a large public company within the last 4-5 years OR advisory/consultant experience with accelerated US public companies working directly on Sarbanes Oxley implantation, remediation, testing, or compliance
- Experience leading small teams or working on project teams with direct reports
