Job description
As an Operations Business Analyst, and a key member of the Company Operations team, you will primarily collaborate closely with the operations and Tier 3 team on data analysis & operations team improvement projects. These projects will be designed to improve operational insight through improved reporting and efficiency through automation.
Essential skills
- Key Skilled in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel
- Passion for business intelligence and customer data analytics
- Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and dvanced queries
- Experience working with CSV, FTP, Restful APIs, S3 and other distribution channels to source data.
- Exposure to VoIP concepts
- Exposure to basic networking concepts
Key responsibilities include:
- The resource should operate during US hours or at least day overlap (9am-12pm ET)
- Support and debug data load errors during US hours
- Support inhouse developed reports, analytical scripts, tools, excel reports, and data exploration initiatives.
- Engage with internal & external technical teams to systematically ingest, evaluate, and create valuable data assets.
- Apply robust data quality rules to systemically qualify data deliveries and guarantee the integrity of financial datasets.
