Sourcing Trainee

About the job 📚

• Execute sourcing strategy aligned with supply chain/business strategy.

• Develop and manage strategic sourcing partnerships for cost reduction and quality improvement.

• Analyze market trends and influence decision-making in the factory.

• Support factories in overcoming sourcing constraints and work on sourcing saving projects.

• Manage supplier approval process, drive supply base consolidation, and rationalization.

What we are looking for 🌟

• Ongoing College/University studies in a relevant field such as Economics, International Relations, Supply Chain, or Logistics

• 20-40 working hour/week

• English & Hungarian language knowledge on professional level (both written and verbal)

• Confident MS Excel & MS Word knowledge

• Accuracy, attention to details and capability to work on an organized way

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and teamwork

• Motivation and ambition, long-term commitment

• Openness to AI tools – so familiarity and a willingness to engage with it

Nice-to-have:

• Relevant experience in a multinational environment

• Other European language knowledge
