This role offers flexibility to work remotely from home for candidates located within a 50-mile radius of our Highland Hills, Phoenix, Buffalo or Oklahoma City offices. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building talent pipelines to support our high-volume hiring needs, filling 150+ Entry-Level AML Investigator positions monthly. This is a critical role for someone with proven experience in high-volume sourcing, skills-based hiring, and innovative strategies to attract top talent for entry-level roles. Your ability to adapt, think creatively, and leverage multiple sourcing channels will be key to our success in meeting ambitious hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring targets, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for entry-level, high-volume positions.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies across diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and social media to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

Execute skills-based hiring by aligning sourcing efforts to core competencies and attributes required for the role.

Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach, fostering meaningful connections to build talent pools for current and future needs.

Screen candidates effectively to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit, prioritizing learning agility and potential.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support compliance and enable seamless recruiting operations.

Provide actionable market insights to recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline outcomes.

Support the recruiting team by coordinating candidate scheduling and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring with a focus on entry-level positions (150+ hires/month).

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in skills-based hiring methodologies and demonstrated ability to source for core competencies and potential.

Expertise in innovative sourcing techniques using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, and social media.

Learning agility with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, feedback, and priorities.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to build relationships and represent AML RightSource authentically.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook) and other technologies.
Preferred Skills:

Experience sourcing candidates in financial services, compliance, or related industries.

Familiarity with compliance-related hiring or anti-financial crime roles.
