Partner with the best

As the Sourcing Manager - Product Line, you will negotiate with dedicated providers to achieve the best contractual conditions and ensure internal customer satisfaction. You will also develop operational plan for your department while adding contributions to the plan of the larger unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·         Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.

·         Advising management in the function and/or in the business. Having a supportive role in decision making about important subjects

·         Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. Working with cross functional teams & having major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L

·         Elaborating process improvement targets while taking into consideration broader functional context.

·         Communicating effectively with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.

·         Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization.

·         Handling any related analysis and interpretations. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·         Have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. Having an MBA is preferred.

·         Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Supply Chain role within Oil & Gas

·         Be highly motivated with good leadership and project management skills

·         Be a self starter and have good presentation and communication skills

·         Demonstrate high attention to details with ability to be rigorously analytical and have a well-developed commercial acumen

·         Show excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations
