Job descriptions:

As a Sourcing Lead , your role will be to monitor the project progress to ensure overall viability of the plan while driving proactive action throughout the supply chain to meet schedule and plan adherence. You will be the supply chain main point of contact for optimal execution from engineering to delivery. You will also drive performance and initiatives by implementing supply chain management best practices and improving processes to achieve the target service level and on time delivery.

Your challenge:

Analyse the supply chain to meet production plan deliveries.

Control project progress and take actions to manage supply chain to deliver the demand plan.

Negotiate cost and delivery with the suppliers.

Maintain and grow supplier relationships.

Analyzes and reviews purchase requisitions prior to placing purchase orders.

Updates the ERP system with accurate delivery information for internal stakeholders.

Engage in supply chain proactive tactical problem-solving initiatives.

Analyse key performance indicators and drive an action plan to achieve targets.

Contribute and suggest processes improvements with lean concepts.

Analyse and extract data from the system to build complex reports.

Work closely with various departments to understand processes, requirements and possible improvements.

Your strengths:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant experience.

Knowledge of the electrical supply chain.

Bilingual (English and French).

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsible and autonomous.
