In this position you will…

… you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain. This includes managing both direct and indirect procurement, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers, including farmers and other agricultural stakeholders, to drive cost savings and support business growth. A key focus will be on expanding the company's supply chain through the identification and certification of new farms, both domestically and internationally.

You will be responsible for…

Strategic sourcing

  • Define our sustainable sourcing strategy.
  • Explore creative sourcing models improving the value creation for the company and other stakeholders. Prepare the corresponding business cases.
  • Execute the 5-year sourcing plan built on regenerative organic farming and fast growth.
  • Negotiate, finalize and execute supply agreements and other contracts with third-parties.

Planning

  • Develop direct material supply plan for budget, actively provide inputs to improve forecast reliability.
  • Lead and manage the S&OP, Budget and Reforecast processes.
  • Define and maintain dynamic metrics supporting the analysis of the market drivers and trends. Monitor suppliers’ capacities.
  • Oversee delivery plan managed by Procurement Supervisor and Buyer, in coordination with key stakeholders such as production, and supply chain.
  • Co-develop and manage with Agriculture team an Annual Expansion plan and Target number of certified farms increment and monitor it thoroughly to deliver the plan.
  • Develop annual indirect material cost saving plan and strategy.

Procurement

  • Negotiate favorable prices and terms, while ensuring the utmost quality and reliability.
  • Implement purchasing contracts, supply agreement, goods and services agreements with third-parties, farmers and collection centers to secure production and to ensure long-term sustainable partnerships.
  • Purchase raw material volumes daily based on production plan and negotiate prices.
  • Ensure timely supply of goods and services as per departments’ needs.
  • Develop and maintain company policies & procedures towards sustainable sourcing and procurement good practices.
  • Monitor usage and secure reliable data entry in the company ERP.
  • Set up KPIs and monitor suppliers’ performance.

Management

  • Hire, train and manage a team of 2 Supervisors, 2buyers and Admin Staff
  • Provide guidance, recommendations, and enhance personal development of the team.
  • Manage department budget, allocation, and monitor expenses.
  • Oversee team’s performance, determine KPI and monitor them thoroughly.
  • Support current and future organizational needs in line with company culture and values, promoting coaching, initiatives, creative ideations and right to fail.
  • Promote an open culture built on performance, co-development, accountability and customer service mindset.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Board of Directors, the Leadership Team and as needed by the company.
Requirements
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.
      Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ethical practices.
    • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and costs, backed by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced numerical and literacy proficiency.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience leading and motivating teams.
    • Proficiency in Thai, English, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural or fresh fruit industry, including experience working with farmers and - understanding seasonal market dynamics.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
