We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Sourcing Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Description

• Oversee the relationship with external vendors and suppliers, optimizing these relationships to maximize value, mitigate risks, and ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Vendor Selection: Identifying and selecting potential vendors that align with the company's needs, goals, and standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, fostering communication, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking vendor performance against predefined metrics and KPIs to ensure they meet the organization's expectations.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships, such as financial risks, compliance issues, or disruptions in the supply chain.
• Cost Optimization: Seeking opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining the quality of products or services delivered by vendors.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align vendor management strategies with the company's overall objectives and long-term plans.
• Vendor Development: Working with vendors to improve their processes, quality, or capabilities to better meet the company's needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any business related field (business administration, supply chain, international relations, etc.).
• Experience managing US vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communicational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, SAP or related software.
