Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Analyst to be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, maintaining relationships with suppliers, coordinating internal teams' supply needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure that we secure the best possible value and minimize risks in our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing with strong focus in Information Technology (Software, Hardware & Telecom) and IT Services.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify potential Technology suppliers through market research and develop a network of vendors
- Conduct RFx, evaluate and analyze supplier proposals to determine the best fit for the company's needs
- Negotiate contracts with IT suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company
- Manage existing supplier relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and implement procurement strategies
- Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and performance
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
- Assess risks within the supply chain and apply risk minimizing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Information Technology contract and negotiation experience is preferred (SaaS, EULAs, Equipment Purchase Agreements, etc.) and IT Services (MSAs & SOWs).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve procurement processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software and tools
- Commitment to ethical procurement standards and understanding of global supply chain risks.
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $115,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
