Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in marketing, analytics, or operational management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus;
  • English level B2 or higher;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Promotional Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive B2B2C advertising plans to drive brand awareness and achieve revenue targets.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a full range of promotional tools, ensuring a deep understanding of their functions. Conduct regular training sessions for relevant teams to maintain high proficiency.
  • CRM Data Management: Collect, prepare, and configure data for promotional campaigns using CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns. Continuously improve promotional tools through regular updates.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns. Provide data-driven recommendations to the Key Account Management (KAM) team for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor: Supervise and mentor team members, offering guidance and feedback on promotions. Ensure day-to-day oversight of launched promotional campaigns.
  • Budget Monitoring and Reporting: Track marketing budgets and prepare regular reports for management, detailing the performance  personal KPIs and promotions in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
