This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The Solutions Operations Project Analyst for APS area is responsible for all aspects of Deal management. This includes everything from supporting the Presales phase to entering new orders, inspecting shipments, engaging delivery, issuing the invoices to our customers and managing customer satisfaction.
In a typical day as a Solutions Operations Project Analyst, you would...
- Ensure deals are compliant with Worldwide HPE policy, procedures & processes as well as BU Guidelines.
- Review SOW, ensure legal, financial and compliance aspects on Presales, Deal Assessment and Deal Governance
- Accelerate the Order Booking, the Customer Invoicing and 3rd party Purchase Requisition
- Develop and utilize SFDC, SAP, processes and workflow tools to enable the sales lifecycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment)
- Help facilitating debt resolutions and HPE cash flow (partnering with Credit & Collections)
- Support Business Controls & Audit compliance
- Provide quality client experience for internal TCE
- Improve Business Predictability and increase winning point of deal for Sales
- Apply Lean Six Sigma Methodology and VSM in each task (PreSales, PreBooking and Invoicing)

- Have strong commercial acumen, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Like working in an Operations team (ex. Admin, Finance, Order Management, etc), managing figures, spreadsheets, tools and analysing pricing, quotes and future trends
- Are always focused on doing what’s right for the business
- Have strong interpersonal skills, high energy and contagious passion.
- Are willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support process improvements
- Have ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Education and Experience required:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Admin, Finance, Operations etc)
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree or similar (Preferable, but not essential)
- fluent at French is an advantage, but not a must also Dutch is nice to have
- English Advanced level - mandatory
