This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, learning in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with clients across diverse industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with our Account Executives to deliver engaging demos that showcase the value of the Staffbase platform to prospective customers.
  • Support prospects in identifying the best technical setup for their internal communications needs and help remove technical obstacles to advancing deals.
  • Assist in technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform, learning to provide recommendations for integrations and implementation.
  • Collaborate on RFP response documents to highlight the strengths of Staffbase’s solutions.
  • Work alongside senior team members during kick-off calls and onboarding to ensure customers are set up for success.
  • Coordinate with our post-sales Technical Support Engineers to support smooth integrations for customers.
  • Provide guidance on API usage, architecture recommendations, and basic implementation approaches, with support from senior engineers when necessary.
  • Assist with implementation tasks and technical troubleshooting during onboarding and early stages of adoption.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Project Manager to contribute to an excellent onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Gain product expertise and become a trusted technical resource for customers, focusing on service and relationship building.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a related role (SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting).
  • A foundational understanding of cloud technologies and the benefits they offer over on-premise solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of web development principles and REST APIs. While full-stack engineering skills aren’t required, the ability to experiment with APIs or create simple proofs of concept is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software concepts and integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Single Sign-On, Active Directory) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Basic technical skills, including familiarity with HTML/CSS and exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, or PHP).
  • A willingness to learn and grow into troubleshooting integrations or investigating issues using application logs or command-line tools.
  • Awareness of security and compliance topics in SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
