What you’ll be doing:

The Solutions Engineer is a critical role here at Performio. Not only will you be responsible for providing persuasive demonstrations to our prospects and building insightful customized demos, you will also help our team develop “Best in Class” solutions engineering processes to exceed our revenue goals. You will help us create the type of demonstrations that position Performio as the clear choice for an ICM solution in the eyes of our prospects.

What we’re looking for:

  • A dynamic, self-motivated, and results oriented B2B SaaS solutions consulting / solution engineering professional with a proven track record of success.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of consultative sales engineering/consulting experience selling, demonstrating, and supporting the technical sales motion of Incentive Compensation Management and/or Sales Performance Management solutions
  • You are motivated by success and an uncapped commission plan. You thrive on not just meeting goals but exceeding them.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding your prospects’ sales commission plans and requirements so you can build customized demonstrations to prove key use cases
