As a Solutions Engineer III in Growth Platforms you will operate as a Product Manager and you will work with multiple application teams across the enterprise, architecture, project managers, business stakeholders and testing partners to define and enable new products (such as: Exchange-Traded Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Blended Target Date Fund-of-Funds). You will establish and grow relationships with key parties across the enterprise to ensure the success of Capital Groups product launches.

- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product delivery, including preparation of product roadmaps, and partnering with architecture to develop integration patterns
- You are proficient at building relationships and networking with a wide group of stakeholders
- You have at least 2 years of experience working in financial services industry
- You can effectively coordinate across Information Technology Group to support the execution of product launches.
- You can proactively collaborate and coordinate with global business and technology teams, architecture, Enterprise Data Office and external vendors
- You understand how Capital Groups data flows across front office, back office and the client group, and have proficiency with data analysis
- You are proficient in proposing technology solutions with the aim of increasing the overall quality of systems and reducing time to value
- You have strong communication and presentation skills and can effectively lead meetings across business and technology, drive decisions, present solution options, and achieve alignment across diverse stakeholder needs.
- You are comfortable working with ambiguity and learning new areas quickly
Southern California Base Salary Range: $121,652-$194,643
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
