Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Cloud solutions using latest AWS supported Tech stack.

Partner with Business operations team to gather requirements and propose effective, scalable solutions.

Partner with Cross regional IT teams to facilitate Asian business needs by leveraging global systems.

Drive projects from ideation through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

Stay abreast of the latest AWS infrastructure enhancements enabling high performing, secure and reliable Applications.

Maintain effective Stakeholder communication, both internal and external, to facilitate the growth of the business.
Your background and who you are:

You possess extensive development experience in (object-oriented) one of the programming languages such as .NET, Java or Python

You are highly skilled in JavaScript programming, with hands-on experience in frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS.

You have extensive experience in developing complex Enterprise applications dealing with high volumes of data both OLTP and OLAP.

You excel at multi-tasking and thrive in both global team environments and independent settings, taking full ownership of your tasks.

You can seamlessly transition between working autonomously and collaborating with teams, adapting to the needs of each project.

You are passionate about data, staying updated with the latest Front end- technologies, and continuously learning to enhance your skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (preferred) or an equivalent work experience.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.

Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Proven experience developing and deploying applications using AWS services.

Knowledge of ETL tools would be highly desirable.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
