The role:
The Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, technical guidance, and seamless implementations for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional with a passion for problem-solving, customer engagement, and innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Presales Support:
- Collaborate closely with prospects to gain a deep understanding of their unique requirements and business challenges.
- Leverage your expertise to propose innovative and tailored solutions that address their specific needs and drive tangible business value.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations that resonate with prospects and highlight the benefits of AutogenAI's offerings.
2. Product Expertise and Advocacy:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding prospects through the capabilities, integrations, and deployment options of AutogenAI's products.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmaps and drive continuous improvement, ensuring AutogenAI stays ahead of evolving market demands.
- Stay up to date of industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in AI and LLMs to position AutogenAI as a thought leader and innovator.
3. Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, implementation plans, and FAQs, tailored to address prospects' specific needs and concerns.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that empower prospects and internal teams with the knowledge and best practices to maximize the value derived from AutogenAI's products.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong partnerships with engineering teams to ensure prospect requirements are accurately translated into product enhancements and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the infosec team to address security reviews and compliance-related technical queries, providing prospects with confidence in AutogenAI's commitment to data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling technical content, including whitepapers and case studies, that resonate with prospects and position AutogenAI as a trusted partner.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical presales, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and cloud-based technologies.
- Some knowledge in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture design.
