As a Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, providing high-touch support and guidance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time scenarios
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for clients
- Create detailed technical documentation and client-facing communications
- Analyze client data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Proactively monitor client accounts to prevent potential issues
- Excellent English Skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in AdTech
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Node.js
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JS, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with real-time problem-solving scenarios
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Client-facing experience with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Data analytics skills, including proficiency with SQL and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face client interactions
- Assertiveness and ability to lead technical discussions
- Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Assertiveness and confidence in presenting technical concepts to clients
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple, understandable terms
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Adaptability and quick learning ability to keep up with evolving AdTech trends
