As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing client relationships by providing in-depth product knowledge and support during the presales process. You will collaborate with the sales, operations and product teams to articulate the value of our pooled fund offerings, ensuring that they meet client needs and investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify client needs and tailor presentations that highlight the benefits of our solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, conveying complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
- Respond to client inquiries with accurate and timely information regarding pooled fund products.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the features, advantages, and performance of our solution.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting pooled funds to effectively articulate advantages.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment of messaging.
Sales Support:
- Provide technical support to the sales team, including training and onboarding new team members on product details and competitive positioning.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls as needed to support sales efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in the analysis of sales data and client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a related role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
