Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions across diverse technology stacks. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading projects from inception to completion, providing strategic guidance, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset to drive innovation and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• The Solutions Architect manages technology projects from inception to completion, adhering to specified timelines, budgets, company standards, and methodologies.
• Develops and maintains architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliver architectural solutions aligned with customer needs, prioritizing technology initiatives, driving innovation, and enhancing business performance.
• Conducts strategic road-mapping sessions with customers.
• Provides guidance and leadership to technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversees the delivery team, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met with the expected quality and within the allocated time.
• Identifies potential risks and vulnerabilities in the company's technology systems and implements measures to mitigate them.
• Participates in discovery calls and creates SOW scores specific to their expertise.
• Ensures that time is allocated properly through tasks and is responsible for assigning tasks to the entire team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project leadership in a customer-facing role within a service-oriented company, demonstrating the ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
• Background as a Solutions Architect, developing solutions that include .NET, Angular, container-based solutions, SQL, integration tiers, and back-end logic. These solutions should encompass everything from the front-end to the database.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, team management, delivery management, requirements definition, and quality management.
• Proven ability to identify and address customer issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality deliverables and shield the team from external pressures to maintain productivity and morale.
• Strong reporting skills, ensuring clear and effective communication both upwards and downwards.
• Experience in presales (demos, scope creation) is preferred.
