Overview 

Blue Yonder is seeking a knowledgeable Solutions Advisor that owns the positioning and demonstration of all new software and services solutions in a customer environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a deep understanding of supply chain software solutions. As a Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and responding to technical questions. This role will represent the entire Category Management portfolio of Blue Yonder solutions and services at a strategic, functional and business process level.

What you’ll do

  • Provide pre-sales support to customers, including solution demonstrations and presentations
  • Effectively connect the customer business processes to the best in class utilization of Blue Yonder Category Management solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide functional and technical support as needed 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions 
  • Stay up-to-date with new software features and functionalities 
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures 
  • Participate in the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs 
  • Provide product and solution training to the sales team as needed 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in a software sales or pre-sales role
  • 3+ years or equivalent experience in Retail, CPG or related Industry
  • Experience with Category Management Business Process and Solutions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain software solutions 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Energetic, engaging, dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail 
  • Experience with a ticketing system and CRM software is a plus.

The Base Salary Range for this position is $90,000.00 to $115,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
