GAP mbH has been part of the Aareon Group since October 2021 and has been one of the leading providers of industry-specific business software for the housing and real estate sector for more than 40 years.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation and integration of our real estate software solution and related products, as well as conducting comprehensive training and support for customers to ensure their employees are effectively trained.
- Building long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor and providing continuous consulting and support.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Providing advice on digital transformation initiatives.
- Conducting thorough assessments of customers’ existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate products.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administration.
- Strong expertise in the real estate industry, including property management, asset management, leasing, and financial operations.
- Familiarity with commonly used real estate industry products, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms.
- Preferably, experience in the implementation and consulting of DMS or ECM solutions with integrated process functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build customer relationships and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
- Fluent German and English skills and a willingness to travel extensively.
