As a Solution Consultant I, you will:
- Operate under the tight direction of an SC (Solution Consultant) Manager/Team Lead to learn the basics of being a Solution Consultant, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically
- Grow capabilities to strengthen independence demoing software and being able to identify business pains of prospects.
- Under close guidance of an SC Manager/Team Lead, support demos/deal of minimal complexity
- Demonstrate an ability to understand business pains of prospects and develop a demo plan while also paired with an SC Manager/Team Lead
- Starts as a novice, gradually becoming a growing individual contributor within the team
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in a Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineer customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
- A passion for technology and a curiosity to understand the marketing and communications technology landscape and technical integrations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead value-focused product demonstrations and handle customer questions and objections
- A problem-solver mentality with the ability to address matters proactively, produce creative solutions, implement feedback, and plan for future
- Cross-departmental collaboration skills and are a team player who steps up when others need help
- Experience with technical integrations
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college/university
- Experience selling, implementing, integrating, or using any of the many TCP software offerings
- Familiarity with workforce management tools
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- This role requires 30% travel time.
