Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end Java solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop high-level product specifications and design documents.
- Ensure solutions are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
