Your Impact;
• Engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers, supporting their digital transformation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identifying opportunities for technology and design improvements.
• Lead solution architecture within the organization, guiding teams in correct implementation.
• Define and apply integration strategies for various systems and applications.
• Oversee complex, large-scale, and multi-domain projects.
• Manage teams and ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to project teams, optimizing solution performance for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop long-term solutions aligned with strategic goals and ensure global integration strategies.
• Provide mentorship to other architectural roles and support their development.
• Establish and maintain the technical vision of the organization, anticipating future technological needs and strategic planning.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical deployment projects, architecture, design, and implementation of highly distributed applications.
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts especially in banking.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence virtual teams.
• Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Certifications in Cloud Provider Solutions Architect (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Foundational technical knowledge on DevOps and CI/CD Technologies.
• Familiar to microservices and/ or event-driven architectures, deep knowledge on design patterns.
• Knowledge on common legacy migration patterns.
• Knowledge on Domain Driven Design is nice to have.
