About your team
Our Solutions Architecture team is taking the whole of Fidelity forward. Their innovative thinking and expert advice helps us put our boldest strategic moves into action.
About your role
Working with people across Investment Services and Solutions and beyond, you’ll support our technology transformation by:
• designing and developing architectures that meet our immediate needs and align to our global ISS vision
• working with colleagues and third parties to explore and develop innovative new solutions
• bringing people together from across Fidelity to make them feel part of the progress
• collaborating with teams ranging from Engineering and Data to Delivery and Change
• sharing ideas and pushing for better, smarter answers for our business and our clients.
About you
With a solid background in the architecture, design and implementation of complex technology solutions, you’re the specialist we need. You:
• have managed technology-driven business process change before
• have experience of managing the development of end-to-end systems from specification through to deployment
• are comfortable working with people and teams across a business
• know how to get complex ideas across to non-technical audiences
• have sound problem-solving and team-building skills
