About Your Role 

As a critical member of Professional Services, you will serve as an initial point of contact on critical, high visibility projects where you will use your in depth knowledge of QGenda’s integration capabilities and the industry to help customers accomplish their business objectives during the implementation phase of the customer journey. You will use your organizational skills to keep track of new projects and document the needs of the customer’s desired integrations to ensure that QGenda will fit in seamlessly into their IT ecosystem. This will involve vetting new project resource requests for customer readiness and for enterprise projects, scoping, designing, documenting, and communicating the integration needs of the customer for the QGenda project team. You will also be responsible for initial quality control by ensuring that the customer is configured according to best practices. As a member of the Professional Services team, you will collaborate with Professional Services team members, provide guidance on complex projects, oversee the quality of implementations, and use the lessons learned to drive necessary process improvements. In this prominent role on the Professional Services team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on each customer’s journey while simultaneously making an impact on the direction of QGenda products and services. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

As a Solution Architect on the Integration Implementation team, you will be the technical advisor throughout a customer’s intake and pre-planning phases of an integration project. You will leverage your QGenda expertise and tactical vision to ensure that both our customers and our internal project teams are set up for success. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers have the appropriate resources and approvals to begin these technical projects, as well as understanding each of the customer’s desired integrations will need to interact with one another. You will work closely with Implementation Consultants, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, as well as every other team within QGenda, from Sales and Product Development, to Customer Success and QGenda Support. 

  • Seek to understand the business goals and objectives of customers
  • Determine how QGenda’s integration offerings can help accomplish those objectives
  • Independently consult customers on their requested integration workflows and best practices to ensure customers maximize the power of QGenda
  • Conduct intake for integration projects to determine scope and assess customer readiness for new implementations
  • Collect customer requirements for QGenda integration implementations for medium and low profile customers
  • Applies integration configuration standards across multiple departments
  • Document customer integration requirements and integration configuration design in an easily digestible format
  • Assign project complexity, helping ensure proper resource allocation and prioritization
  • Assists in prioritizing projects for assignment according to customer readiness, resource availability, and QGenda or third-party platform implementation progress
  • Convey customer integration requirements to assigned Integration Implementation Consultant. Supply blueprints for the build and mentorship to less experienced team members
  • Perform initial quality control over each implementation to ensure configuration is meets requirements and adheres to best practices
  • Refine existing standards based on quality control learnings
  • Guide and support members of the Integration Implementation team to help them develop understanding of configuration best practices, general skills, and their professional growth
  • Engaging with sales in pre-sales activities with customers to consult for customer solutions
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Intake team to determine scope for new implementations
  • Contribute to team-specific goals, initiatives, or process improvements for the Integration Implementation team

Who You Are 

  • Advanced level proficiency on technical integration “theory”: sync methodologies, connectivity options, and business logic
  • Shows attention to detail pertaining to product setup and configuration. Understands and follows QGenda standards and processes
  • Demonstrates leadership by developing best practices, managing and improving processes, and mentoring other Integration Implementation team members
  • Employs a consultative approach when working with customers
  • Able to have strategic conversations that build confidence with the customer
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
  • Exhibit peer leadership and positive influence on the wider team
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented and organized skill set
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, or similar CRM software
  • Proficiency in Google GSuite Products (Documents, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Experience You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience at QGenda or a related field/function

Not Required, but Nice to Have

  • Engineering or other technical degree 
  • SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience 
  • Experience/exposure to the healthcare and IT ecosystem
