Digital Product Line Management team, which is part of the global Digital department, focuses on delivering Supply Chain, ESG and Finance, Procurement
We are looking for Solution Architect, who would be responsible for designing architectural solutions, including infrastructure, security, integration, and test of the solutions according to existing strategies, principles and best practices to meet the organization’s current and future business needs. This involves understanding existing systems and technology, including comprehending the relationships, dependencies and flows of information.
Your responsibilities will also include:

Be a first point of contact for the architectural runway for Finance and Procurements, and ESG capabilities

Design, analyses and specify efficient architectural solutions, using best practices and communicate the impact that certain technical choices have

Design with re-use in mind
-
Design with templatization in mind
-
Design with technological debt in mind
-
Identify problems and opportunities within Hempel and provide Digital solutions in line with overall Hempel strategy and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

Attend all SCRUM ceremonies

Convert architectural design and requirements into Features and Stories using DevOps
-
Communicate with Business Analysts in order to map Business requirements into Technical Features and Stories

Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
-
Provide advice and knowledge sharing
-
Participate in defining overall roadmap creation as well as epics, features and user stories
-
Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior and other aspects of software solutions to stakeholders
-
Engage external suppliers in connection with project related activities to ensure architectural advice is followed
Required education, experience and job-related skills
-
Master/Bachelor degree in IT/Digital Business or relevant
-
Min. 3 years of experience in a solution architect role
-
Deep understanding of IT architecture, integration patterns and databases
-
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a must
-
Experience in software architecture, design principles and integrations patterns
-
Experience of designing Cloud based solutions, preferably in the Microsoft Azure Cloud
-
Solid understanding of Security and Compliance requirements

Good understanding of business processes
-
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and process excellence
Experience working in an international environment with teams and stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones

Excellent Working English, verbal and in writing
