The software training specialist is a critical part of the software who is responsible for the on-going support of active customer sites utilizing the Kardex FulfillX software product. He/she will be in a customer facing position and will need strong communication, customer service, organizational and troubleshooting skills. The candidate must be able to create training plans and train users on the usage of the FulfillX platform and prepare for edge case questions the users may have. He/She will also track feedback on customer satisfaction and quality of the FulfillX product and incorporate ways to make sure their needs are met. The candidate will be responsible for plan, create, and train users around the FulfillX Platform.

The Training Specialist will be focused on the FulfillX software product and will need a strong knowledge of Warehouse Management/Supply Chain practices in order to navigate and train users on best practices.

Job Purpose

Create training plans and materials for regions, customers, and internal new users

Execute training plans with different users and be able to answer questions around FulfillX product

Answer questions around ways during the implementation phase on ways users may be able to do custom activities

Some travel required (Domestic and International)

Support the startup of the new company.
Training/Education:

Technical degree in engineering or a similar field is preferred
Professional Experience:
Experience with the below technologies preferred:

SQL

Experience in using and communicating (verbally and written) in the following technologies:

Microsoft Office 365

Azure DevOps or comparable agile software management tool

Learning Management Systems
Other Experiences:
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting warehouse management systems is preferred
- Experience training different level of users is preferred
- Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
- Customer facing experience
- Ability to work under pressure for short periods of time and remain calm, professional, and focused on priorities and tasks
