VIP is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Support Specialist to join our KARMA Team. KARMA is a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and mobile reporting solution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers, contribute to the enhancement of innovative software solutions, and gain hands-on project management experience. We are looking for a quick learner with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service. No prior technical experience is necessary. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of VIP Software, including the ability to install, train, and support our customers effectively
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers through phone, virtual meetings, or in-person interactions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely communication and service delivery
  • Document and track actions taken to resolve customer issues
  • Provide feedback to the Development Team to support software improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively teach and train customers in a clear and resourceful manner
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for learning new technologies and sharing innovative ideas
  • College degree preferred but not required
