The Software Site Manager is responsible for preparing customer sites for software upgrades and new installations according to the Elekta system requirements to ensure site readiness requirements are met prior to the upgrade or installation. The Software Site Manager will be the main contact point for the Hospital IT department and the Elekta IT suppliers during the site preparation phase and pro-actively drive readiness to meet the expected timelines for software projects.

This is a home-based role.
Responsibilities

Technical reference and subject matter expert with respect to the Elekta system requirements and related IT solutions.

Responsible for preparing sites for upgrades and installations according to the Elekta system requirements.

Work with the customers to interpret and establish requirements for new hardware in advance of the software projects.

Main point of contact for the Hospital IT department and the Elekta IT suppliers.

Drive site readiness to meet the expected timelines.

Perform system checks.

Close communication with the Upgrade Project Manager regarding site readiness
What you bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related subject (or equivalent experience)
-
Project management experience
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Language skills: English & French (or German).
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Extensive Technical project implementation experience
-
Working knowledge/understanding of all MOSAIQ and related third-party software and equipment
-
Ability to travel up to 40%
