Devsinc is on the lookout for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality and performance of our software products through automated testing strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application features and establish effective test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in the software applications through the entire development lifecycle.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact after changes are made.
  • Continuously improve and maintain the automated test framework.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software performance issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvement discussions.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
