The Hybrid QA Associate Manager is a strategic partner responsible to ensure a culture oriented towards quality and productivity within the tasks assigned, including participation in the definition of the company’s Quality strategy, provide direction and mentoring to QA Leads and assist with mechanisms of control for the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
Must have Manual or Functional Testing and Automation Testing with coding ability in C# and Selenium as automation stream.
Key Responsibilities

Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate testing processes, testing tools and QA resources.

Ensures delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i.e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.

Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.

Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for Production Team performance

Generate SLA, KPI reports with analysis of results.

Coordinate meetings with the Delivery Managers in order to review results.

Creates Root Cause Analysis and CAPA for projects putting at risk SLA and KPIs.
Anticipates program release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments. -
Assures the viability, functionality and effectiveness of tools for continual improvement and cost to serve initiatives.

Identify relevant quality-related training needs and coordinate with internal training organization.

Periodically review and audit project workflows and promote process improvement practices.

Handle clients’ and customers’ concerns and issues related to the QA service provided.

Job Qualifications

At least 6 years of proven experience working with quality teams, software developers and project leads.

At least 6 years of proven experience writing and executing test.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Expert proficiency in Selenium Automation
-
Advanced English level
-
Experience defining quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Experience setting customer service standards
-
Experience working with testers and software developers to establish standards, tools and procedure for the daily work.

Experience writing management and technical reports and customer metrics reports.

Ability to act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality

Provide direct objectives to maximize profitability.

Experience monitoring performance of the testing leads and teams.
