About the role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Team Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of full-stack developers, driving the end-to-end development of our life saving products. You will be responsible for developing our solution across global regions in order to provide any person in the world the ability to contact emergency services as quickly and most effectively as possible and get the help they need as soon as they need it. As the Team manager, you’ll be responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and growing software development teams.
- Strong technical expertise with hands-on development skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native development, with a preference for AWS.
- Strong architecture and design skills, with the ability to drive strategic technical decisions.
- Proactive, results-oriented leadership style.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage team members effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with web technologies
- Knowledge of JVM-based languages (such as Java, Scala).
- Experience with highly available, mission-critical systems.
- Experience in real-time communication or VOIP
